- All prices are in € per person and day in a double room, exclusive of resort tax
- The resort tax amounts to € 3.50 per person/night and has to be paid separately
- Weekly closing day: no dinner menu served on our closing day (refund: € 12.00 per person)
- Discount in triple room for children on request.
- 5% short stay supplement for less than 5 days
- The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH) apply for cancellations
- up to 3 months prior to arrival day: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival day: 40% of the total booking amount
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival day: 70% of the total booking amount
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival day or early departure: 90% of the total booking amount - For a binding reservation a down payment of € 150.00 per person is required. - This price list replaces all preceding versions. Place of jurisdiction is the local Tirolean court of Silz. The accommodation contract is based on this price list. Subject to printing errors and changes.
